Police Report 12-03-09

On Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 7:59 p.m. Officer Owens arrested a 20 year old male for assault by contact Class A Family violence and possession of a prohibited weapon in the 1100 block of Locust. Subject was transported to MCSO.

On Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 7:41 p.m. Sergeant Bivins responded to an assault by contact in the 2300 block of N. Hwy 208. Case was submitted to municipal court.

On Saturday, November, 28, 2009 at 4:59 p.m. Sgt. Bivins received a call concerning a juvenile runaway in the 900 block of E. 16. The juvenile later returned home.

On Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 1:33 a.m Officer Holbrook arrested a 45-year-old male in the 800 block of Waco for driving while intoxicated. Subject  transported to MCSO.

On Friday, November 27, 2009 at 5:30 a.m. Officer Holbrook arrested a 33-year-old female in the 200 block of Austin for public intoxication. Subject was transported to MCSO.

On Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 9:30 p.m. Chief Dooley arrested a 31-year-old male in the 1000 block of Westpoint for posession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, possesion of dangerous drugs without a prescription. Subject was transported to MCSO.

On Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 12:20 p.m. Lt. Hale received a call in the 400 block of Hickory for theft under $50. Subject was located and a citation issued.

On Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 9:58 a.m. while making a traffic stop, Chief Dooley arrested a 42-year-old male in the 700 block of Chestnut on an outstanding Montague County warrant.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 10:11 p.m. Officer Berrie received information from the 1200 block of Oak Street concerning criminal trespass and criminal mischief. The complainant refused to prosecute.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 5:27 p.m. Officer Berrie received a report of a theft under $50 in the 400 block of Hickory. Case is under investigation.

On Monday, November 23, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. Lt. Hale investigated a theft over $1500 / under $20,000 on FM 1983. Case is under investigation.

On Sunday, November 22, 2009 at 4:24 p.m. Sgt. Bivins arrested a 28-year-old male in the 100 block of W. Central on a municipal court warrant for disorderly conduct-abusive language. Subject was transported MCSO.
