Police report for week of November 1, 2009
On Monday, October 25, at 7:32 p.m., a subject in the 500 block of Vine reported a break in and some items mission. There are no suspects at this time.
On Tuesday, October 26, at 7:16 a.m. a 31-year-old male was arrested in the 100 block of E. I-20 for Burglary of a Building. The suspect was transported to the Mitchell County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
On Tuesday, October 26, at 5:09 p.m. a 34-year-old female was arrested in the 200 block of Chestnut for Immigration Detainment. The suspect was transported to the MCSO.
On Wednesday, October 27, at 2:00 p.m., the Colorado City Police Department received a report of Sexual Assault in the 200 block of W. 3rd Street. Case is under investigation.
On Wednesday, October 27, at 10:06 p.m., a 31-year-old male was arrested in the 500 block of Oak Street for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation. The suspect was transported to the MCSO.
On Wednesday, October 27, at 10:40 p.m., the CCPD received a report of theft of personal belongings. There are no suspects at this time.
On Wednesday, October 27, at 10:42 p.m., a 23-year-old female was arrested at the intersection of 4th and Elm streets for an Ector County Warrant for Nonpayment of Child Support. The suspect was transported to the MCSO.
On Thursday, October 28, at 8:17 a.m., two 15-year old females were cited for Disorderly Conduct - Fighting at 1500 N. Lone Wolf Blvd. The case was referred to municipal court.
On Thursday, October 29, at 8:33 a.m., a 26-year-old female was arrested in the 1500 block of N. Lone Wolf Blvd for No Driver's License. Suspect was transported to the MCSO.
On Friday, October 30, at 3:56 p.m., a 16-year-old male was cited for Disorderly Conduct in the 2000 block of Hwy. 208. The case was referred to municipal court.
