Police Report for December 25-30, 2011
On December 25th, a 39-year-old female and 19-year-old male were arrested for being in the country illegally. During a routine traffic stop, the two subjects were found to be in the country illegally and were taken into custody and transported to the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office.
On December 26th, a subject in the 700 block of Concho reported that someone broke into a building he has been using and took several items. The case is under investigation.
On December 26th, a female in the 2000 block of Hickory stated that someone had threatened her during a verbal dispute at a local business. The case is under investigation.
On December 26th, a 29-year-old male was arrested in the 1700 block of Mulberry for outstanding warrants. During a routine traffic stop, the subject was found to have local warrants. He was taken into custody and transported to the MCSO.
On December 28th, an unknown subject illegally entered a school in the 500 block of 11th without permission. The case is under investigation.
On December 28th, a subject in the 1100 block of 9th stated that someone was using his credit card without his permission. The case is under investigation.
On December 29th, a 35-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a call about a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Locust, and the subject became belligerent and verbally abusive with officers. He was taken into custody and transported to the MCSO.
On December 30th, a 32-year-old male was arrested in the 1700 block of Colorado for assault causing bodily injury – family violence. A female stated that he subject assaulted her during an argument. He was taken into custody and transported to the MCSO.
